About the opportunity
As an Specialist, this person will be responsible for processing payroll for assigned clients and addressing their needs. All this communication is in English, so a completely bilingual Spanish/English employee is required.
What you'll get to do
Compile and capture all incidents/concepts that are the subject of remuneration necessary for the calculation of the assigned payroll, according to the established processes and calendars
Review all the information in the payroll system, such as the dates of additions and terminations, salary changes, Integrated Daily Salary (SDI), etc.
Manage issues of the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) and the Unique Self-Determination System (SUA)
Calculate Severance Payments and Settlements
Calculate state and federal taxes related to the payroll process
Timely delivery of reports and activities in accordance with the calendars and deadlines established with the client
Skills and experience we value
