Latin America PS fulfillment planner Description - Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Responsibilities: Attainment management for LATAM Personal systems (Market Share and SAB) Inventory management: HOI, Aged, On hand and In transit Review KPI's regularly to ensure we operate Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations. Provides support and aligns the exeuction with market category as "one team" Coordinates the execution with the multiple groups / organizations ensuring business goals are achieved (Logistics, customer ops, finance, WW central team, etc) Drives backlog management. Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations. Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams. Mentors junior-level staff. Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree. Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain processes (PO management, inventory, demand supply match, etc) Strong soft skills to build bridges with all the areas of interaction (market category, sales, customer ops, logistics, WW central team, etc) Very strong analytical and data modeling skills. Very Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), formulas, pivot tables is a must, macros is nice to have Moderate Project management skills to lead process improvement with cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert. Strong business acumen to better support the business / organization Good understanding of LATAM and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives. Thorough knowledge of inventory analysis.
