Job Summary Instructional designer passionate about design, creativity and innovation in training. Experienced in developing effective teaching methodologies and creating eLearning courses that captivate and engage learners. Outstanding skills in designing VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training) and WBT (Web-Based Training) courses, as well as developing learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of GP Strategies' various clients. Focus on solid pedagogy with the latest technological trends to offer impactful and memorable learning experiences. Key Activities: As an instructional designer, your primary responsibility is to develop innovative learning solutions that maximize the potential of learners. Design and create engaging eLearning courses that incorporate multimedia, interactive and gamification elements to increase engagement and knowledge retention. Creating VILT and WBT courses that provide immersive and effective learning experiences, using advanced technological tools to facilitate real-time interaction between instructors and learners. Research and application of modern and effective teaching methodologies, as well as the analysis of training needs to design customized training programs. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that courses and training materials meet learning objectives and client expectations. Qualifications Previous experience of designing learning experiences. Excellent knowledge of learning theories as applied to producing top-quality interactive learning solutions. Experience in creating a variety of learning assets, including course curriculums, video learning assets, storyboards and scripts. Knowledge of LMS functionality and eLearning design and best practice. Expertise in the whole ID lifecycle: requirements analysis, high-level training design and specification, interactive screen design, storyboarding, quality assurance and learning accessibility. Technically strong; fluent in technical ideas/concepts and ideally with experience of implementation or using authoring tools. Desired: English - advanced.
