As a Maintenance Coordinator you will comply with preventive and predictive maintenance records and formats. You will apply the 5's in plant, continuous improvement projects, resource management, machinery and building maintenance in our Queretaro plant. You will report directly to the Plant manager!

Key Responsibilities

• You will develop action plans
• You will manage and apply NOM IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
• Manage purchase orders for spare parts and services
• Conduct supplier, parts and service development
• Assign work activities to maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with them
• Monitor e coat pretreatment and water treatment activities
• Manage the site with IT support
• You will ensure that equipment is safe for operation
• Compliance with applicable STPS regulations for maintenance (knowledge of NOM 001, 004, 022, 002, 025, RED code)
• Ensure compliance with the EHS elements that apply to your department
• You will ensure the safety training of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or similar
• 4 years of experience in the industry
• Intermediate English
• Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Knowledge in continuous improvement, resource use, safe forklift operation
• Knowledge in personnel management
• Knowledge of IATF
• Knowledge of 5s, telephony, mechanical maintenance, electrical, combustion system, building and industrial safety
