Description - Write SORs and work with purchasing to procure CSW equipment and Tooling
- Provide Labor/FTTO input for program pursuit quote packages for programs with cut/sew/wrap parts
- Ensure tools and equipment is built to Inteva specifications prior to MQ1 runoff
- Manage suppliers' tool and equipment build process from job kickoff to the point of shipping to the Inteva location
- Coordinate delivery from the supplier to the manufacturing facility
- Coordinate the supplier's installation/setup of tooling and equipment onsite at the manufacturing facility
- Effectively interface and communication with PDT members and suppliers on regular basis.
- Provide design guidance and manufacturing feasibility for product and tooling development for the launch of new projects working with various materials (PVC, Leather, TPO, Suede, Fabric, etc.)
- Provide launch support at the Inteva manufacturing location 6 months after SOP
- Ensuring all program designs are not only manufacturable but conducive to process and plant capabilities to meet awards of business cost metrics.

Position Requirements - 5+ Experience working with cut/sew/wrap equipment such as sewing machines bladder machines press lamination machines and hand tools like heat guns and staple guns.
- Familiar with interior systems (Instrument panel, floor console, door trim, interior parts in general)
- Familiar with the manufacturing system design of interior trim parts.
- Ability to read 2D and 3D designs.
- Comprehension of basic GD&T
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under demanding situations
- Effective problemsolving skills.
- English advanced
