YOUR ROLE

• Translatesthe production plan into mid-long term Material Requirements Plan, ensuringavailability of production material under the consideration of forecasts
• Ensurescorrect ordering of material supply in terms of quantity and time whileoptimizing order size and minimizing obsoletes
• Maintainsthe time and quantity MRP Parameters, aggregates cross-category requirementsand acts on any MRP exceptions in accordance with the production plan / finiteschedule
• Collaborateswith suppliers and conducts Rough Cut Capacity Planning for all materialrequirements vs. qualified sources of supply to support the production plan atan effective cost
• Supportson the material inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies,tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
• Maintainsselect manufacturing parameters
• Identifiesmaterial sourcing risks or opportunities and escalates issues to theappropriate parties (internal and external)
• Identifiesand supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planningperformance

YOUR SKILLS

• Degreein BA, Engineering, Supply Chain or Chemistry. Master Degree is preferred
• Operationalexperience in Supply Chain Planning and in other SC roles
• Experiencewith advanced Planning tools
• Experiencewith ERP systems
• Advanced English
