YOUR TASKS

• Analyzing the causes of defects andmalfunctions on complex operating equipment
• Performing repairs, maintaining, servicing, improving andinstalling complex operating equipment
• Carrying out modification work on complex operating equipment.
• Analyzing and diagnosing faults by means of diagnosticsystems and specifying malfunction of complex
  operating equipment fitted with mechanical, hydraulic andpneumatic components.
• Establishing and evaluating the current state of theindividual components, identifying reasons for wear
  and tear.
• Prepare a wear forecast and derive the necessary consequencesfor future use
• Define the type and scope of problems and eliminate damageswhere possible while considering quality,
  costs and timing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• ABB robot programming experience
• ABB robot maintenance
• Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming
• Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs ofthe location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts
• Analyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosissystems, and specification of malfunction on complex operating equipment
• Experience of more than 2 up to 3 years.
