Responsabilities: • Responsible for supporting daily requests for technical and applications assistance; • Entering requests in case management to develop better data for improving the customer technical experience; • Learn and use all systems available for supporting requests, SAP, cross reference spreadsheets and databases, CAS group files and drawing warehouse; • Assist with large cross requests, tooling packages and project teams to identify solutions technical to customers' applications; • Perform mostly routine tasks and projects; • Prepare standard reports and assist in more complex analysis; • Operate systems and use technology within learned field; • Assist in more complex projects. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or higher education is a plus; • 6-7 years of experience with metal cutting machining; • Previous experience in technical support or similar role; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Ability to effectively problem-solve; • Advanced english (speak and write); • Advanced spanish (speak and write); • Availability to work home office (have good internet).
