Knowledge: · Machine repair services · Maintenance services · Preventive services · Machine installation and startups · Failure troubleshooting and solution · Retrofit installation. · Customer training Main activities: · Field service for machine repair services at customer sites · Performing maintenance services · Performing preventive services · Performing machine installation and startups · Performing failure troubleshooting and solution · Perform in time service reports from each service, sending them to the office and to collect customer signature · Expenses reports on time. · Support the customer for their needs · Be responsible for preparing the tools for each service job. · Responsible for the resources given by the company in good condition as their own priority. · To organize all the requirements for their service trips, on time (Flight tickets, rental car, hotel) · Wearing all the work clothes properly and using all protection elements to make a safe performance. · Responsible for the available in the work time and check and answer mails every day. · Identifying spare parts and requesting them to the office on time, as part of the service performance.
