Expectation:

  • Clear the daily assigned cases.
  • Ensure that customer metrics are met.
  • Good team player.
  • Adhere to the standard operating process and compliance.
  • Ensure that any issues or escalation are brought to TL notice and addressed immediately.

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of Order management or BPO experience.

Job requirement:

  • Clear written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of order processing best practices
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Experience in customer service

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify order details and pricing against inventory availability
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issues
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate order records and reports
  • Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to order management
