Job Summary: Sintesys is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant specializing in Risk and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and hold a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in Risk and Compliance. This role involves working closely with our clients to implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring compliance and managing risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Implementation:?

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance solutions for various clients.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations with other systems.
• Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their risk and compliance needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for utilizing ServiceNow Risk and Compliance modules.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Project Management:
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements, design, and user manuals.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, specifically in Risk and Compliance.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow projects from conception to completion.
• Certification:
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance is mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
