- 5 to 8 years of experience.

- Coordinating and collaborating with teams such as CSR, Sales Audit, ECOM, OMS, Infra, Merch, and ReSa.

- Receiving and analyzing requests from these teams, prioritizing tasks, and implementing effective solutions.

- Collaborating with team members to automate processes for increased efficiency.

- Creating and managing Jira stories to track and resolve identified issues.

- Communicating with platform Scrum Masters to prioritize tasks and ensure timely deployment of changes in production environments.

- Obtaining Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals for production deployments to maintain operational stability.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Omni and BOPIS domain knowledge
