BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR: SALES MANAGER IN GUADALAJARA


Responsible for implementing marketing plans in the point of sale, using assigned resources effectively, and developing and coaching sales and TM reps. additionally, he/she recognizes opportunity areas within his territory and suggests action plans, negotiates with strategic customers, and ensures customer's maintenance and satisfaction. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Willingness to move nationwide


EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales/management or FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Minimum of two years in a similar role
  • Experience in leadership and team management


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pursues volume target reach, focused on strategic portfolio.
  • Ensures availability of BAT strategic brands in the point of sale.
  • Communicates trade marketing initiatives to area employees, aligning objectives and scopes of initiatives into actionable tasks for the trade force.
  • Guarantees correct and on-time implementation of merchandising and promotion material at POS in accordance with the cycle plan and communication coverage plan.
  • Serves as negotiator with key customers and wholesalers.
  • Coordinates customer database maintenance in the commercial system.
  • Analyzes information and market trends to find opportunity areas in trade marketing and propose action plans.
  • Looks for supply chain efficiency opportunities.
  • Facilitates resources, coaching, and information to sales and trade marketing force.
