We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to become a member of our team. Miyamoto International is among the nation's fastest growing structural engineering companies. With 25 locations across the globe, our team members adapt to new

Responsibilities

· Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate the planning and scheduling of engineering design projects, establishing clear deadlines for each stage of the project.

· Project Supervision: Supervise the development and execution of design to ensure that quality and time standards are met.

·      Resource Management: Efficiently manage the project's resources.

·      Coordination between Specialties: Facilitate communication and collaboration among the different specialties involved in the project.

·      Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges and issues that arise during the project's development

· Quality Control: Oversee the quality control of project deliverables.

· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare periodic reports on the project's progress.

· Leadership and Motivation: Provide leadership and guidance to the project team

Minimum Qualifications:

. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

·  2+ years of Construction Projects

. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skill
