Mission

The mission of an Industrial Manufacturing Senior Engineer would be to lead the design and development of methods and layouts to ensure the manufacturability of the product, manage processes to improve cost and quality standards, translate customer feedback to enhance processes and methods, and research and apply the best available techniques to optimize the manufacturability of products, as well as calculate and improve manpower requirements and efficiency.

A typical day for you might include:

• Research on the best available techniques to incorporate into the process, and calculate and improve manpower requirements and efficiency, methods, equipment and tools to optimize the manufacturability of products.
• Designing and developing layouts and methods to ensure the manufacturability of the product.
• Managing processes to improve cost and quality standards.
• Translate customer feedback to improve process and methods.

Qualifications

This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
• Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical, mechatronic engineer or related
• English Level: Advanced
• Development, execution and analysis of VSM-Kaizen and knowledge of Lean Methodologies & Implementation, Tools, machinery and equipment implementation.
• C++, VisualBasic, Software and/or MACROS programming
