Come Innovate Motion with Us The Launch Engineer will be part of Launch/Operations Project management team, supporting Manufacturing Ops for Automotive & Industrial parts & will be responsible for all deliverables in accordance with the project timeline, business objectives & customer's requirements. Your responsibilities will be: Leads multiple projects assigned & works independently with Program Managers/Business units & Customers for new products/components fulfilling manufacturing APQP standards. Determine necessary CAPEX required for the manufacturing plant and meeting financial targets and drive to reach the targets. Be responsible for production line transfer from other sites to our Zacatecas facility. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for completing the project within the agreed timeline and budget. Transform Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM and evaluation of Product P&L and any other activities assigned with respect to Launch Management. Co-ordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain teams for order management of raw materials and follow-up.
