Position objective

This role will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of an organization and decision-making. ensure that the business functions without operational bottlenecks that can cost valuable time and money. In charge of maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's employees and processes. More specifically, they work on mapping out strategies, enhancing performance, acquiring resources, and ensuring legal compliance.

Requirements

*Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineers or similar careers.

*Advanced level of English (especially necessary for the purchase and installation of imported machinery)

*5 years in automotive industry

*Visa available

Essential Functions:

• Operations manager duties and responsibilities include training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee's performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.

• Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.

• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.

• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues.

• Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees

• Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace.
