 Spare parts administrative


Job Description


  • Processing of customer inquiries, search on price lists and data bases, elaboration of offers, creation of orders in SAP
  • Precise compilation and maintenance of data bases as well as statistics
  • Preparation of reports (e.g. sales reports per spare parts, customer development. Historical sales)
  • Preparation and issuing purchases orders to internal and external suppliers.
  • Review of prices and shipment conditions with other subsidiaries and headquarters
  • Relationship with customs and brokers: Good knowledge in foreign affairs (incoterms) and communication with forwarders, customs brokers, and local transports.
  • Good relationship with customers focused on deliver on time for them. Service orientation is a must for key customers.
  • Follow up of quotations, and good communication exchange with the customer.
  • Create and administrate good data base of key contacts (purchasers)
  • Support service areas in requisitions after spare parts audits
  • General observation on machinery sales process.
  • Constant follow up of shipping and delivering dates.



Qualification and skills

  • Completed university degree in international trade, foreign affairs, industrial engineering focused on logistics; previous experience in a forwarder would be a plus.
  • Preferably experience in the sales environment and customer service: good service attitude, focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Very good knowledge in English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, SAP Business One knowledge is also welcome, SAP S/4HANA and SAP R3
  • Good personal skills: Confident, organized correct and friendly person.
