• Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and professional responses to questions, concerns, and feedback
• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product launches on Amazon.
