We are looking for a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR talent, to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our COMPONENTS department for NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-       Supervising the daily activities of a production unit or teams.

-       To be responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.

-       Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

-       Serving as group lead on projects and work assignments.

-       Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; setting expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

-       Coaching and mentoring team members.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-       Lead work teams who work 24/7.

-       Metal-mechanics or Automotive sector experience.

-       Basic knowledge of the manufacturing process of hypoid bevel gears.

-       Value Stream Mapping knowledge.

-       Medium OEE knowledge/experience.

-       Office tools probing experience.

-       Is it a plus: IATF TS 16949 knowledge, ISO 45001 knowledge, CoreTools knowledge.

-       Intermediate English level.
