We are looking for a SR. WELDING ENGINEER talent, to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our COMPONENTS department for NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-       Leading the design, documentation, and implementation of welding processes for manufacturing.

-       Leading the work for multiple projects to create and implement all aspects of welding processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

-       Leading by applying the knowledge or use of welding principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes for multiple projects.

-       Leading the use of continuous improvement tools while following the standards.

-       Leading the development of welding standards and working methods.

-       Working with internal and external resources on multiple project assignments.

-       Leading the advanced knowledge of welding principles and practices as they are applied.

-       Maintaining relationships and coaches' key stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-       Related welding and fabrication work experience in Manufacturing Processes.

-       AWS Certified Welding.

-       Experience providing training and support to involved areas.

-       Knowledge of developing standards, materials, welding tip and processes.

-       Knowledge of welding process solutions.

-       Experience launching new lines or products.

-       English Advanced.

-       Availability to travel to US.
