Packaging company. is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to join their team.

About the Role. As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you will work in a team environment, interacting with both internal and external customers. This position is a frontline position which requires the utmost professionalism and positive attitude at all times.


Job Responsibilities:




  • Resolve billing issues
  • Corporate Collections
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Run Dunn & Bradstreet reports
  • Maintain credit limits with assigned locations
  • Post cash in JDE on a daily basis
  • Credit / Collector responsability
  • Resolve general issues of invoicing with customer
  • Reconciliate Customers portal with open invoices.
  • Reconciliate Customers portal with payments received.
  • Address on time any issue related to Invoicing, VAT rate and any issue that the customer can reject an invoice.
  • Resolve issues such as double payments or cancelling invoices paid by customers.


Job Requirements:




  • Five years' experience in Collections
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with managers, co-workers and all departments within the company
  • Knowledge of JDE is preferred
  • Dunn & Bradstreet knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong phone and customer relation skills
  • Mexican Income Tax Law and VAT Law minimum requirements knowledge.
