Job description:

Position:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Microsoft PowerApps Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for providing end-user support for managed applications, responding to enhancement requests, and addressing bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be certified in Microsoft PowerApps

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for managed applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Respond to enhancement requests and implement changes to improve the functionality and user experience of managed applications.
  • Address and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of managed applications.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies.


Required profile:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft PowerApps.
  • 3-5 years of experience providing end-user support for managed applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • English and Spanish high level is required (written and spoken).
