Experience and knowledge

·Education: bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical)

·At leats 3 years' experience on Quality Management Systems

·Certified as Auditor Leader on ISO9001:2015 (Desirable IATF16949:2016)

·Experience in perform System and Process audits.

·Experience in document control management: Creation of documents, change of current documents and declare obsolete documents.

·Strong knowledge of manufacturing process, preferred in Automotive Industry.

·Experience implementing corrective actions applying Problem Solving Methodologies.

·Desirable experience in all steps of IATF 16949:2016 CARA follow up, from containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions to preventive actions.

·Experience implementing and update PFMEA and Control Plan.

·Basic knowledge on PPAP, MSA & SPC.

·Risk assessment evaluation knowledge on administration and manufacturing process.

·Highly desired to have experience of being part of fast response teams to solve problems.

·Make Presentations for Management level to expose KPI's status.

·B2 English at least 85% (conversational level).

·Strong knowledge on M365, highly desirable Power bi, Forms, Visio and Excel.

Essential duties and responsibilities

·Responsible to oversee effective implementation of our Quality Management System based on IATF 16949:2016 and customer specific requirements.

·Maintain updated the Quality Manual and Procedures as required by processes owners and business.

·Coordinate and schedule Internal Audits.

·Provide guidance to Internal Auditors.

·Coordinate and train Potential Internal Auditors.

·Host External Quality System audits.

·Follow up and Present to Management level status of Quality KPI's.

·Track systemic, Customer and system nonconformities with corrective actions.

·Develop system process, procedure, flow, manuals, work instruction and formats.
