Responsibilities:

• Neumatic press stamping process knowledge and experience
• Determine and adjust needed standards to comply with quality and efficiency controls
• Manage production rate to comply with customer demand
• Identify cost-saving areas of opportunity
• Creation of standard procedures and operation manuals
• Interpretation of GD&Ts and graphic renders
• Present and maintain KPIs to management
• Manage administrative / operative personnel
• Administration of production indicators

Requirements

• Engineering degree (akin)
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry (or similar)
• Interpretation and execution of customer requirements
• Manufacturing processes
• Knowledge on the material and its properties
• Parts measurement methodology
• Neumatic / hidraulic press operation standards
• English proficiency 75%
• Solid experience using Office suit
• Solid experience managing quality standards
• Personnel manangement
