Position: L2 Support Engineer

Location: CDMX

What you'll do?

  • Application Support L2 – Hybrid Position


What you'll bring:

  • 4 years of user support experience using any service tool B1 B2 grade level resource
  • SQL knowledge
  • ITIL Knowledge

·        Good experience in handling user queries and providing resolutions by thoroughly understanding the SOP and knowledge base

·        Immediate response to service tickets and work through the process to understand the user problem and resolution

·        Insurance Domain Application knowledge Underwriting Claims is a MUST

·        Support only in English language English Good in both writing and speaking is a MUST

·        Capture information and complete problem analysis Provide day to day troubleshooting and proactive advice on process improvements

·        Complete all regular scheduled tasks per the applicable Service Level Agreements Provide monitoring support during IT system maintenance and implementations to resolve queries to the user group
