ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Optimize and maintain running E -Kanban processes. 
• Develop/maintain E-Kanban work instructions and manuals.
• Update use point according 4WK and forecast. (DTNA & SPARK)
• Set up and update of Routes for the POP Operation. 
• Ensure pallet codes are correctly coded and classified.
• Audit the scan process & change damage labels for the racks at the Central Store.
• Audit and improve the POP Routes on the scanner.
• Follow shop calls in the system. 
• Make analysis of the actual routes and work with POP Supervisor to improve them.
• Continuous Improvement with DTNA Engineering on shop address.
• Validate cycle count are made.
• Audit scan batches from the line side racks to validate they are made correctly
