Position Overview:

As our Salesforce Expert, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading the charge to ensure our call center's Salesforce CRM and the CTI dialer systems are running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge as the expert in Salesforce and call center operations, using your insights to guide our business towards new heights.
• Use your analytics prowess to uncover hidden opportunities in our KPIs and steer us towards data-driven victories.
• Craft efficient business applications that set us apart from the competition, ensuring our sales systems are as sleek as they come.
• Maintain our call center sales systems with precision, ensuring they remain strong in the face of any challenges.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with a proven track record of success.
• At least 3 years of experience crafting business applications for Salesforce, especially in call center operations.
• Familiarity with predictive dialer software is a plus.
• Strong grasp of computer programming languages and concepts.
• Relevant certifications preferred
