We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Monterrey, NL.

Job responsibilities:

Communication with customers from different stores in the US who paid for extra guarantee service in their products. 

Job skills and qualifications:

-Customer service experience (1 year minimum)

-Advanced English level

-Computer skills

-High attention to detail.
