Senior Human Resources Generalist


Responsible of ensuring customer satisfaction, anticipating, managing and resolving risks in the employment relationship and legal compliance that may affect the operation and the prestige of the organization; as well as promote the practice of virtues and values to achieve a good work environment and for staff to feel engaged with the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Regulation
  • Labor relationship with supervisors and operators
  • Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Service management Transportation, dining room, others
  • Implement strategy with supervisors to improve labor relationships and health organizational environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Fluent English for business conversations
  • Experience: 3 - 5 in similar position with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
