Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinators at Blue Yonder play a critical role in providing unparalleled service to our internal and external customers. They are dedicated to ensuring that our candidates have a positive experience during their initial interactions with the Blue Yonder team and through their journey from interviews to onboarding. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced, fun, and highly motivated Americas Talent Acquisition team.
What you will do:
· Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers; managing complex scheduling requirements to coordinate & move candidates through the interview process.
· Manage the all-important candidate experience by scheduling Phone, Zoom Video, and In Person (when applicable) interviews for the recruiting team.
· Prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
· Onboarding new associates in preparation for their first day
· Tracking recruiting tasks and providing candidate status in a daily report
· Represent the Blue Yonder Talent Acquisition team to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, scheduling, and onboarding efficiency- process improvement initiatives
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (Example: Intern career fairs and job postings)
What we'd like you to have:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
· 1yr or more experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment coordinating
· Excellent PC skills including Microsoft office
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
· Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
· Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
· Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
· Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity
· Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
· Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
· Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail
