General Description of Position

The Application Specialist will be responsible to ensure having complete information and approvals required for new customer creation and all changes to the business partner file with the exception of credit and tax.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree Administrative or related field.

·       1-2 years related experience

·       Bilingual advance proficiency English – Spanish

·       Advance knowledge on Excel, computer skills, reporting software

·       Must have experience to read, analyze, and interpret requests to identify if all critical information has been provided.

·       Strong analytical abilities having a process mindset with the ability to make connections and create solutions for problems or issues

·       Very detail oriented with a passion for data analysis, enjoys working with data connections

·       Knowledge of the consumer converting/packaging industry (manufacturing process, markets & products) is a plus

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

·       Input of data to create or edit the business partner file within the ERP system.

·       Storing of customer set up documents

·       Verify for accuracy classifications and attributes

·       Maintain consistency and accuracy of customer set up documentation, ensuring a 100% accurate match to the ERP systems.

·       Collaborate with Sales and Operations to proactively address internal impacts.

• Participate in and contribute on master data cleanups in order to execute a detailed analysis, cleanup, and consolidation of duplicate business partner file data
• Execute the annual inactivation of business partners.
