As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for performing billing processes, monitoring incoming payments, shipping, and reconciling customer statements to ensure both the accuracy and efficiency of collection operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
• Office (Excel intermediate)
• English 85%
• Verbal communication and writing reports
• Customer Service
• Negotiation skills
• Effective communication

Key responsibilities

• Billing
• Sending invoices and validating invoices in customer portals
• Validate payments and send payment add-ons
• Control of closing the invoicing of customers
• Close customer operations once invoiced and service is completed
• Verification of documentation support for invoicing
• Preparation and reconciliation of formats for VAT recovery application
• Support to the accounts receivable department
