Field Application Engineer

Summary:

The Field Application Engineer will play a pivotal role, providing technical support to end customers, system integrators, and machinery manufacturers. The goal is to ensure the successful completion of control and automation projects within the specified business scope.

Responsibilities:

? Identify technical needs and size automation systems effectively.

? Select appropriate automation products and prepare detailed technical proposals.

? Collaborate with the sales team to present and pitch technical proposals.

? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

? Offer timely technical support through various channels.

? Deliver comprehensive training to clients and the sales team.

? Develop system integrators and machinery manufacturers technically.

? Proactively promote products, displacing competitors

? Perform installations, programming, and commissioning of applications.

Requirements:

? BS in electronics, electrical eng, control and automation, mechatronics, or related.

? Experience in technical service, automation projects, or applications in the industrial sector.

? Experience in product selection and sizing of automation systems for different applications.

? Programming in ST, LD, IL, FB, SFC, and CFC.

? Fluent spoken and written English.

? Passport and U.S. Visa (desirable)

? Valid driver's license.
