We are looking for a SERVICE DESK AGENT, whose main objective will be to provide first-level customer support in SONDA México.
Activities:
- Provide support and technical assistance to users
- Provide Technical support, delivering and recording all the necessary information to meet the internal requirements of the company and its clients.
- Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
- Manage all necessary actions to resolve the problems
Requirements:
- Service Desk and ticket system experience required (Service Now, Remedy, Service manager, etc)
-Experience managing service SLA's
-Inbound call experience.
