Stay up-to-date with IBM ODM best practices and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. What would help you succeed: Experience in design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and decision services using IBM ODM. Experience in Java 8 Being capable of collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business rules and requirements. Experience in translating business rules into decision tables, rule flows, and decision trees within IBM ODM. Experience in implementing and integrating IBM ODM solutions with existing systems and databases. Being capable of troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high system availability and performance.
