YOUR ROLE The Engineering Quality Lead (EQL)is the quality representative in the design department. EQL is responsible to ensure the quality performance of the Metafunction by analysis of the customer or internal claims, verify the properly designed product/process application and contribute to improving non-recidivism in the standards. EQL has to monitor Quality systems such as CQI - Customer Quality Index, NCBS - New Car Buyer System (European version of our CQI, QIU - Quality In Use, QFS - Quality Feedback System. Needs to Identify the know-how of the quality results to define the quality target of the Project or Innovation. Conducts the audit of the quality design process through the standard check, Design review, APQP/PPAP processes. Represent Quality in the design department. Identify and share the main quality impact of the specific assigned metafunction. Collect all the available data to define the quality Target (Parts/Project) Ensure the robustness of the quality design processes inside assigned metafunction. Needs to collaborate with Meta Function core team, Eng Quality plants leader, Technical center, Customer quality pilot, Quality responsible functions within quality team - DQL/SQME/SSTM/LPM Proficient in English language is a must YOUR PROFILE Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related. 1-2 years of experience in quality. Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for the launching phase activities. Knowledge of the BCI (Body, Chassis and Interior) product design fundamentals Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Change Management processes. Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills a must.
