Support and manage Support Cost Functions (Sales, General & Administrative expenses) budgets for Mexico and CAM in alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather budgetary requirements and ensure accuracy of financial forecasts. Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization. Prepare regular reports and presentations on budget status and variances for stakeholders.
