As an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to our Director of Operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of the Director's office.

Managing the
Director's calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinating
travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
Assisting in the preparation of
reports, presentations, and other documents
Handling sensitive and
confidential information with utmost discretion
Acting as a liaison between the
Director and internal/external stakeholders
Organizing and maintaining files
and records
Providing general administrative support to the Director and
their team.
