Objective
Reports to the advocacy director. The key role of this positions consists in hosting and delivering the different hospitality agendas, as well as managing the booking system and the complete hospitality calendar.
Having a perfect management of the supporting logistics agencies and the hospitality budget, as well as high responsibility is expected in managing visitor groups, night outs and high-risk experiences like ATV´s rides. Needs to have a basic knowledge on tequila and mezcal process, be capable of delivering education on agave and leading tastings, basic knowledge of spirits and bar culture. Leading logistics agencies in charge of hospitality trips.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of the Hospitality Experience program
Coordinate and implement all Hospitality programs in Mexico
Receive and entertain guests during their stay to turn them into brand advocates
Promote the Hospitality program internally within Pernod Ricard ensuring full optimization of resources
Educate on our brands and agave during hospitality trips
Manage hospitality logistics agencies
Monthly report of hospitality visits
Hospitality data base control
Bring and execute new ideas for the hospitality trips depending on brand plans and campaigns
Direct support to Advocacy Director:
Support of the application, follow up, evaluation and detection of opportunities in the hospitality program
Information report of hospitality experiences
Key Competencies
Experience & background:
Role specific
Experience should be minimum 1year in events, BTL agencies, marketing or trade marketing departments or hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Turismo, Negocios internacionales, Administración de empresas o a fin)
Experience in PR, talking in public
Events logistics and public relations
Advance English language
Basic spirits and bar knowledge
Basic tequila process knowledge
