Account Support Horeca / Bakery Netherlands The Account Support department is responsible for the incorporation of commercial aspects of the sales deals for (direct & indirect) end-customers and wholesalers, establishing a best in class customer experience. Enables the realization of sales targets and profitability levels for the sales organization, timely and accurate processing of the data supplied (contracts / contract management, price conditions, SSL orders, promotions and bonusses). Account support demonstrates a customer centric approach and acts pro-actively based on data insights. The job requires a broad knowledge of OTC processes, data processing, analytics and internal- and external stakeholder management. The Account Support team is part of the FCP Commercial Operations organization and is tasked with enabling the sales execution by providing support to the Account Managers and ensuring optimal service level for our customers. The role sits in the Horeca & Bakery NL organization, with for this position, the main focus on Bakery customers for the Netherlands.
