Summary

Responsible for conducting client program training and reinforcement training for agents; educating, testing, and coaching new hires to a specified account. Supervises agents through training and nesting period, monitors agent performance via coaching. Offers and develops creative solutions and tailors training to specific audience needs to maximize training productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts new hire training in a classroom or virtual setting.
• Conducts continuous education or up-training sessions.
• Responsible for obtaining and/or maintaining all relevant certifications to perform job. Participates in ongoing Trainer skill development by attending training classes and participating in ongoing coaching sessions.
• Assists training and other functional departments with any other necessary functions. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Monthly phone time may be required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 year of training/teaching experience is required.
• Advanced English communication/writing skills is required (C1 in CEFR).
• Intermediate French communication/writing skills is required (B1 in CEFR).
• Knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery is preferred.
• Proficiency in presentation, leadership, active listening, organization skills, analytical and creative mindset.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capable to work on-site – Puebla.
