We are looking for an Platform Support Engineer.

Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-Candidates should have 3 to 6 years as a Platform Support Engineer.

-Experience in detection, change, planning and implementation for a portfolio of applications and infrastructure built on a variety of technologies such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Datadog, Appdynamics, Hotjar, NewRelic, Website support, eCommerce, Java, Linux, Microsoft, relational databases, message queuing, AWS cloud services, and more.

-Thorough understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management.

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
