ITS is looking for a Quality Engineer Sr.

?General Function:

Capability studies and analysis of problem solving and assisting the Quality department on all product issues, planning and system improvement.

Job Duties:

• Preparing PPAP packages, utilizing APQP and IATF16949/QS.
• Internal and external customer interface on quality issues.
• Maintain company quality standards
• Continuous improvement of products, processes and systems.
• Active participation in production meetings
• Follow company policies, company safety policies and practice safe work habits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of CMM and reporting.
• Proficient in precision measuring tools and gages.
• Excellent analytical ability and problem solving.
• Excellent knowledge of G.D. &T, layout techniques, calibration and blue print reading.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Display independent judgment and initiative.
• Excellent computer skills to include windows, work, excel and project software

Education/Experience:

• At least 5 years of Experience in metal stampings (deep draw) or other metal-working industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality, CQE a plus.
• English is a must.
