Daily Tasks:

Supporting the Plant Management Team in decision-making through data-driven analyses, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Provide relevant Key Performance Indicators to assist operations management in understanding the Plant's perfomance. 
•  Maintain a healthy master data structure to ensure accurate manufacturing information. 
•  Prepare the manufacturing financial statement on a monthly basis.
• Perform variance analyses, financial reporting and sensitivity analyses for an efficient decision-making. 
•  Collaborate in the preparation of financial projections upon request.
•  In collaboration with local team, coordinate the annual budget to ensure completion on time. 
•  Perform regular budget follow-ups with department managers.
• Assist operations management in preparing capital expenditure requests.
•  Follow-up capital expenditures and other projects (e.g. R&D, training, grants etc.)
• Reconcile some balance sheet items in support to the Financial Controller of the plant.
• Support the Financial Controller of the plant in the annual audit process.

Requirments:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or related.
2. (2 - 5) years of relevant experience in a Senior position.
3. Experience in manufacturing environment.
4. Knowledge on ERP Systems.
5. Advanced English.
6. Valid passport.
