We are looking for a Production Manager in the area of San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L.

Responsabilities

·        Oversees the production processes and shift-to-shift performance

·        Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines

·        Manage a team (Quality Manager, Shipping/Receiving Manager and Process Engineering) and production workforce

·        Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency

·        Identify and resolve production -related problems promptly

·        Ensure the quality of the end product meets customer expectations

·        Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed

·        Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

·        Maintain accurate records of production data and costs

·        Getting most Critical tasks done first

·        Being a Team Builder and Continual Improvement Driver

·        Using KPI to manage Performance

. Being a Results/Customer Oriented Player

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 5-10 years' experience in Production Management. Experience in precision machined metals industry preferred. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

A Prior experience as Production Manager or similarly scoped role

B Lean and/or 6Sigma experience and process thinker

C Hands-on leader from daily start of production to monthly/quarterly pre-production and production delivery
