Profile:

·        Bachelor's degree

·        Advanced English

·        5 years minimum or more of experience.

·        Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)

. Experience with Cost Estimation Software

·        Live in Mexico City

Minimum Qualifications:

-Possess a strong background in cost estimating for Building Construction and Renovation projects with minimum 5+ years of experience.

-Knowledge of construction industry practices, techniques, and standards (experience for projects in the USA and Caribbean preferred).

-Proficient in reading construction documents, plans and specifications for preparing cost estimates.

-Working knowledge of Master Format CSI Divisions

-Experience with Cost Estimation Software

-Understanding of construction management processes and responsibilities

-Ability to multitask and have good time management skills

-Experience with Construction Scheduling
