YOUR TASKS

• Analyzing the causes of defects and malfunctions on complex operating equipment
• Performing repairs, maintaining, servicing, improving and installing complex operating equipment
• Carrying out modification work on complex operating equipment.
• Analyzing and diagnosing faults by means of diagnostic systems and specifying malfunction of complex
  operating equipment fitted with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Establishing and evaluating the current state of the individual components, identifying reasons for wear
  and tear.
• Prepare a wear forecast and derive the necessary consequences for future use
• Define the type and scope of problems and eliminate damages where possible while considering quality,
  costs and timing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• ABB robot programming experience
• ABB robot maintenance
• Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming
• Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts
• Analyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosis systems, and specification of malfunction on complex operating equipment
• Experience of more than 2 up to 3 years.
