The Job:

What you will be doing:

• Utilize TRIAGE to review and prioritize faults in customer issues based on severity, impact, and urgency, collaborating with stakeholders to allocate them to the appropriate development team member for resolution.
• Establish severity levels aligned with business objectives and classify each item accordingly.
• Engage with customers through various channels such as web portals, phone, email, or chat to address their concerns effectively.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate bug resolution tasks.

What you will likely bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of any work experience.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

What could set you apart:

• Experience in TRIAGE methodology.
• Experience in QA.
