DTS Sales Admin Coordinator

This role is responsible for forecast planning the “Direct to Store” channel at the national level with a granularity per route. This role is also responsible for the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) of all sellers, sales leaders and DC's managers of the channel, which is carried out every period.

Communication with sales engineering, supply and demand planning teams is crucial in this role. As well as alignment with regional managers and DC's managers as main stakeholders.

¿What are we looking for?

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree focused on Finance or Administration.
• Main MLC's: Conflict Management, Balances Stakeholders, Action Oriented.

• Target setting for Sales Incentive Plan.
• Sales Incentive Plan achievement calculation.
• Direct to Store Channel master files creation.
• Sales Direct to Store Channel business partner.
